You will have access to cutting-edge teletherapy technologies and electronic health record (EHR) systems which facilitate seamless communication and documentation.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients' mental health status through initial consultations and ongoing evaluations.
• Design individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic techniques tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.
• Engage in regular sessions with clients, employing evidence-based strategies to assist them in managing their symptoms and overcoming obstacles.
• Provide referrals to other healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists or specialized therapists, when necessary, to support comprehensive care.
• Document all client interactions and treatment progress within the EHR system, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping.
• Participate in case conferences and multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss treatment modalities and share insights on client progress with your colleagues.
• Remain up-to-date with current mental health best practices and engage in continuous training opportunities to enhance your clinical skills.

Your practice will encompass a wide array of clients, including those dealing with anxiety, depression, substance abuse, and eating disorders. We expect you to work collaboratively with clients to provide culturally responsive therapy that addresses their individual backgrounds and experiences. It is crucial to recognize and adapt to the varied needs of our diverse population while creating an atmosphere of trust and safety.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid state license as an LMFT, LCPC, or LCSW.
• A minimum of four years of relevant clinical experience, including both individual and group therapy.
• A deep understanding of mental health disorders and proficiency in evidence-based treatment approaches, including crisis intervention strategies.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills, enabling you to establish rapport with a wide range of clients.

• Previous experience in a remote work setting adapting therapy techniques for virtual clients.
• Experience with EHR systems and ensuring compliance with data management standards.
• A demonstrated commitment to providing culturally competent care, with a focus on inclusivity and client empowerment.
