Loan Closer

Our client is a reputable financial services firm seeking to add a loan closer to their growing team. We are ideally seeking candidates with 3+ years of loan closing experience with exposure to syndicated loan products. This position is remote-hybrid and is interviewing and starting the right candidate immediately. This position starts on a temporary basis paying $50-60/hr per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Prior experience in coordinating the settlement of loan products and securities in private markets/financial services industry.
  • Experience with fund structures, SPVs, a tax blockers
  • Experience with specialized credit and lending products (Collateralized Loan Obligations, Project Finance, Loan Trading, and Derivatives)
  • In depth knowledge of ClearPar and LSTA settlement guidelines
  • Experience with distressed trading and settlements, bankruptcy reorganizations, and common debt amendments.
  • Experience interacting with brokers and securities counterparts

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree is preferred
  • KYC and Tax experience is a plus
  • Accounting and General Ledger knowledge is a plus
  • Excellent at communication and required escalation
  • Strong quantitative and qualitative skills
  • Entrepreneurial, driven and proactive
  • Must be comfortable as the primary liaise between the front office and back office
