• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to a diverse clientele including individuals, families, and groups.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to each client's unique circumstances.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team collaboration, contributing to holistic care strategies for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and continued education to stay abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research.

• Annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, determined based on experience and caseload.
