This role is entirely remote, allowing you to conduct counseling sessions from the comfort of your home or any location of your choice. • Conduct compassionate and ethical individual counseling sessions via video chat to assess client needs and formulate effective treatment strategies.
• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities to facilitate meaningful therapeutic interactions.
• Develop personalized treatment plans that address the unique circumstances and goals of each client, tailoring methodologies to ensure effectiveness.
• Aid clients in gaining insights into their emotions, thoughts, and relational dynamics, promoting self-awareness and personal growth.
• Regularly monitor client progress against treatment goals, adjusting strategies as necessary to foster positive coping mechanisms and outcomes.
• Manage documentation securely and efficiently, allowing for more time spent on client care rather than administrative tasks.

You will primarily work with a diverse group of stable, low-acuity adults who reach out for support along their mental health journey. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Possession of one of the following licenses allowing for independent practice is essential:
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Candidates must be fully licensed without any disciplinary actions or provisional licenses.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, empathy, and a non-judgmental approach are crucial for fostering strong therapeutic relationships.
• Comfort with technology and strong computer literacy are necessary to navigate our integrated counseling platform.

While we welcome applicants from various backgrounds, we prefer candidates with experience in remote counseling or teletherapy settings, as well as familiarity with solution-based modalities. Those who have worked with similar client demographics or in an outpatient office will be at an advantage.
