Work You'll Do

As an Accounting, Controls and Reporting Advisory (ACRA) analyst, you will help start-ups, scale-ups, and pre-IPO companies across the lifecycle of financial systems strategy and implementations:

  • Assist client C-suite executives (CFOs, CEOs, CIOs) with their cloud systems strategy and architecture
  • Define processes, data strategy and execution plan for startups looking to go public (IPO)
  • Perform system selections
  • Analyze current systems and develop future state roadmaps
  • Implement and deploy SaaS solutions such as NetSuite, Zuora, Pigment, BitWave, Workato accommodating unique industry, business, and management processes, regulatory requirements and other business requirements
  • Conduct business process mapping and requirements gathering sessions with clients to determine configuration requirements both on-site and remote
  • Prepare business requirements documents resulting from the above noted mapping sessions to provide proposed solutions for the requirements for client approval
  • Design solutions, configure the system, test against business requirements and train end users

Required:

  • Bachelor or Master's degrees in the following majors will be considered:
    • Business, STEM, Information Systems, Economics
  • Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
  • Strong academic record, cumulative GPA of 3.0 or above
  • You should reside within a commutable distance of your assigned office with the ability to commute daily, if required
  • You can expect to co-locate on average 3 times a week with variations based on types of work/projects and client locations
  • Ability to travel up to 50%, on average, based on the type of work you perform and the clients served
  • Candidates must be at least 18 years of age at the time of employment

Preferred:

  • Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or above
