This role is perfect for a dynamic, goal-oriented sales professional with a knack for problem-solving and a deep understanding of freight forwarding and customs brokerage.
Top Tasks:
  • Develop New Business: Identify, pursue, and secure new opportunities to expand our client base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients to drive retention and growth.
  • Strategic Sales Execution: Craft and deliver compelling sales pitches that highlight the unique value of Emons’ services.
  • Rate Negotiation: Work closely with clients, agents, vendors, and carriers to secure competitive pricing.
  • Collaboration: Work alongside the President, National Operations Manager, and Regional Import/Export Managers to align strategies and achieve company goals.
