Job description

Dean Omar Branham Shirley, LLP, a nationally recognized plaintiffs’ side firm, seeks a seasoned Case Managing Attorney to manage and work up a docket of asbestos injury cases.

The ideal candidate should have significant case management and courtroom skills and be able to effectively manage a complex docket of mesothelioma cases. With a minimum of four years of experience in taking cases from initial filing to trial. Second-chair experience is preferred. This role requires substantial travel, typically on a weekly basis, with the possibility of being away from home for extended periods of time while in trial. Candidate must possess strong deposition, writing, and critical thinking skills. An ability to think tactically and strategically will be required.

While experience in asbestos litigation is preferred, we are open to considering the right candidate with the right skill set and a willingness to learn and adapt quickly to the complexities of asbestos litigation.

We have offices in Dallas, Indianapolis, and Pittsburgh. Remote work for candidates not in these locations will be considered for the right candidate.
