Work Environment

This position operates entirely in a remote setting, utilizing telehealth technologies to reach clients across Nevada. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify the needs and goals of clients, tailoring therapeutic approaches accordingly.
• Serve as a communication hub among supervisors, direct care staff, clients’ families, and other stakeholders to relay crucial information about treatment progress.
• Develop and manage a tentative schedule of appointments and follow-up visits, ensuring that each client’s journey is monitored closely.
• Coordinate home visits as necessary to facilitate effective in-home therapeutic interventions and conduct data analysis.
• Implement program plans with fidelity, ensuring that they align with best practices and promote clients' growth.
• Engage actively in Interdisciplinary Team Meetings, contributing insights based on your observations and interactions with clients.
• Prepare and maintain thorough monthly and quarterly progress notes that document client advancements and therapeutic outcomes.
• Organize training sessions for team members to ensure competency in program implementation and documentation.
• Provide follow-up support through interviews and observations to ensure sustained client engagement and care.
• Maintain accurate and timely records that are accessible to all relevant parties while respecting client confidentiality.
• Act as a liaison with the broader mental health community to foster relationships that enhance service delivery.
• Collaborate in the development of procedures and training materials aimed at improving therapeutic programs.

Qualifications

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is mandatory.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) in the state of Nevada is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant counseling experience in a clinical setting is essential.
• Demonstrated expertise in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse rehabilitation, or trauma-informed care is highly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards in clinical practice ensures compliance and best practices.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills foster strong rapport with a diverse client base.
• Experience collaborating effectively with a healthcare team, contributing to patient-centered care.
• Proficiency in Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software and telehealth technologies is necessary.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family or couples therapy, experience addressing substance misuse, or providing trauma-informed care.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload availability. Our benefits package includes:
