Role:

Delmock Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Senior Oracle DBA to administer Oracle databases to include performance, integrity and security of the databases. The Oracle database administrator is also responsible for managing the Oracle databases in such a way as to provide all users access in a form that suits their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshooting user issues.

  • Ensuring that storage, archiving, back-up and recovery procedures are functioning correctly.

  • Monitoring performance and managing parameters.

  • Managing user access, permissions and privileges.

  • Database documentation.

Minimum Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience with Oracle 19c installation, backup, and recovery procedures.

  • 10 years of experience with database account and schema creation and maintenance.

  • 7 years of experience with database and SQL tuning with AWR/ADDM or Statspack reports.

  • 6 years of experience with the following:

  • Unix shell scripting.

  • Data import and export.

  • GoldenGate installation and setup.

  • Create and maintain Logical Data Model and Physical Data Model documents.

  • Experience with ERWin tools

Preferred/Nice to Have Skills:

  • Oracle Enterise Management (OEM) tool

  • Table and index partitioning
