If you have

  • Three (3) years minimum administrative/clerical experience required
  • Experience in a Purchasing environment is preferable
  • Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook
    • Intermediate level or above Excel skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple projects
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills

 A typical day may look like this

  • Pricing Services Support
    • Engage with suppliers to:
      • Obtain and Validate Price Files
      • Obtain Return Policies, Terms and Conditions
      • Price Adjustment Notification Maintenance
    • Maintain and Update Databases
  • Communication Maintenance of Department Inboxes
  • Prepare Reports as required
  • Other duties as required
  • 80% - 90% Sitting
