As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in delivering effective therapeutic services. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of your assigned clients.
• Facilitating child and family counseling sessions, ensuring all interventions align with medical necessity guidelines.
• Developing and leading psycho-educational groups and parenting classes, addressing topics pertinent to our client population.
• Maintaining comprehensive client records, including case materials, program forms, and statistical data, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Timely completion of documentation, including charting and progress reports, to uphold quality and accountability in service delivery.
• Meeting contractual obligations by effectively managing and billing a determined number of reimbursable hours.

Our clinic serves a diverse clientele, encompassing children, adolescents, and families facing a variety of challenges. As an LMFT, you will engage with clients experiencing issues such as relationship difficulties, behavioral challenges, and emotional disorders. To be considered for this position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Pennsylvania.
• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in a therapeutic setting.
• Strong organizational skills and the capacity to manage multiple cases efficiently.
• Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative on tasks related to billing hours and documentation.

While not mandatory, the following experiences are highly desirable:

• Background in cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, or other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Experience working in an outpatient clinic environment, particularly in remote settings.
• Familiarity with case management and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
