• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of clients' mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based assessment tools to inform your clinical judgments.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic techniques tailored to address specific mental health conditions and client goals.
• Regularly monitor client progress, documenting treatment outcomes and modifying care plans when necessary to adapt to evolving client needs.
• Analyze treatment effectiveness by collecting data, engaging in outcome measures, and adjusting therapeutic approaches accordingly.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation in compliance with ethical and legal standards of client confidentiality.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and primary care providers, to develop holistic treatment plans for clients.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by staying current with the latest research in mental health therapy and best practices.

Golden Days Psychiatric Care serves a diverse client population, including adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will engage with clients from different backgrounds, ensuring culturally and linguistically appropriate services that meet their unique needs.

• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient mental health setting, providing therapy to clients with various psychological challenges.
• A Master's degree in Professional Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Pennsylvania, confirming your credibility and ability to provide professional services.
• A strong understanding of psychological theories and therapeutic methodologies, with the skill to implement them effectively in clinical practice.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build rapport with clients and work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficiency in navigating electronic health records and various digital platforms for efficient patient documentation and therapy management.

Experience with telehealth practices and modalities will be advantageous as you adapt to ongoing shifts in patient engagement and therapy delivery, especially in a remote working context. Familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is preferred to enhance the therapeutic approach you bring to this role.

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 90,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
