The Opportunity:
When an organization has multiple moving parts in its processes, it can be difficult to critically examine them. To be more efficient and effective, it needs a business process specialist to learn its mission end-to-end and provide ways to change for the better. That's why we need you, an experienced business process specialist who knows how to analyze every aspect of your customer's operations and give them the steps to improve their process.
As a business process specialist on our team, you'll analyze your client's current operating environment and identify areas for improvement. You'll facilitate discussions with leadership and engineers, analysts, and support staff to help refine your client's definition of success and identify current frustrations. You'll design data collection plans, facilitate workshops, and communicate your research and illustrative analysis using industry standard techniques to help establish understanding and agreement from key stakeholders.
Using business process reengineering, portfolio analysts, and systems design approaches, you'll provide your client with recommendations, along with a firm grasp of the quantitative or qualitative results they can expect. This is your chance to grow experience in systems development while deepening your process improvement and project management skills.

You Have:
  • 3+ years of experience implementing data visualization solutions through different formats for client stakeholders, including dashboards, queries, graphs, tables, presentations, and reports, within tools such as ServiceNow and Microsoft Office suite
  • 3+ years of experience performing business system analysis and business process engineering to support of automation of business workflows within tools such as ServiceNow, Microsoft Power BI, or SharePoint
  • Experience presenting data findings, analysis of business process flows, and recommendations to clients and stakeholders using data sets, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience leading the coordination of requirements meetings or conducting requirements workshops and sessions with business and IT stakeholders
  • Ability to work in cross-functional teams to deliver enterprise solutions
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice If You Have:
  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience establishing quantitative metrics and key performance indicators to drive technical outcomes
  • Knowledge of cloud principles, systems engineering methodologies, UI or UX best practices, and IT project management approaches
  • DoD 8570 or 8140 IAT Level II Certification
  • ServiceNow Certified System Admin (CSA) Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,500.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
