Job description

We Are Hiring

Location: Remote

Department/Specialty: Risk Actuarial and Analytical

Schedule: Full time, Days

Salary Range: $87,463.00- $121,918.37 per year

What You Will Do
  • Develop and implement quality, safety, reliability and customer satisfaction metrics and analytics.
  • Collaborate on metric development, reporting system design and design and delivery of routine and ad hoc reports.
  • Develop approaches to presenting information including presentations and communications.
  • Support complex project management, improvement initiatives and tactical decisions/plans with limited guidance.
  • Benchmark national best practices and make recommendations for change as appropriate.
What You Will Need

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Additional Preferences
  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Clinical Experience highly preferred 
  • Patient quality and safety review experience preferred
  • 5 years of experience preferred
