• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to accurately evaluate clients' mental health concerns.
• Collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique challenges and recovery goals.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to diverse client needs.
• Work in tandem with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and case managers, to coordinate comprehensive care and ensure holistic patient support.
• Provide educational materials and support to families and caregivers, fostering a deeper understanding of mental health issues and the treatment process.
• Maintain confidential client records with precision while adhering to regulatory guidelines and best practices concerning data protection and ethics.

Your work will primarily involve clients from various backgrounds facing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, stress management, trauma, and relationship issues. • A valid and current license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).
