This position is 100% remote, providing you with the flexibility to consult with clients from the comfort of your own space while ensuring work-life balance. Your contributions will take place within our virtual community health clinic settings, allowing you to efficiently connect with a diverse client base. As a remote clinician, you will utilize various telehealth technologies and platforms to deliver services, share information, and collaborate with your colleagues while maintaining the same high standards of care.

• Directly engage with clients experiencing symptoms of major mental illness and severe emotional disorders through virtual consultations.
• Establish trust and rapport with clients to create a safe space for open communication and healing.
• Conduct thorough, evidence-based screenings for assessment purposes, and arrange additional evaluations as necessary.
• Develop and implement comprehensive integrated care plans that link clients with required services, including community resources, family support, and provider networks.
• Carry a caseload of clients while providing individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to their unique needs.
• Facilitate crisis intervention and respond promptly to urgent client needs while following established protocols.
• Ensure timely completion of reports and data submissions to maintain organizational accountability and compliance.
• Participate collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on common goals and enhancing service delivery through teamwork.
• Actively engage in quality improvement initiatives and clinical training sessions to enhance practice and maintain clinical skills.

The individual in this role will work with a diverse array of clients, particularly those from underserved communities facing significant socioeconomic challenges. Our clients often deal with complex mental health issues, requiring culturally competent care strategies tailored to individual backgrounds and experiences. You will provide brief, focused interventions that reflect an understanding of the unique challenges faced by your clients, advocating for their needs and rights throughout the therapeutic process.

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
• Active LCSW licensure in the state of California.
• A minimum of two years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting, with demonstrable knowledge of mental health disorders and treatment methodologies.
• Strong communication skills to establish a rapport with clients and collaborate with team members effectively.
• Commitment to professional ethics and organizational conduct, maintaining confidentiality and client safety as top priorities.

• Experience working within community health clinics or integrated care settings.
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and current therapeutic modalities relevant to mental health treatment.
• Background in crisis intervention, particularly in remote settings.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record systems for documentation and client management.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
