This role focuses on building and maintaining a robust end-to-end EDI integration ecosystem that supports high-volume supply chain and logistics operations in a fast-moving consumer environment. You will take ownership of trading partner onboarding, ensuring seamless data exchange across multiple systems and platforms. The position combines hands-on engineering with deep operational responsibility, requiring strong technical execution and troubleshooting skills. You will work cross-functionally with IT, operations, and external partners to improve automation, reliability, and scalability. This is a highly autonomous role suited for someone who thrives in execution-heavy environments. You will contribute directly to optimizing data flows that support order management, fulfillment, and distribution. The environment is dynamic, innovation-driven, and influenced by modern digital commerce at scale, backed by a highly visible creator-led brand ecosystem associated with MrBeast.

Accountabilities:

Lead full-cycle EDI trading partner onboarding, implementation, and testing across multiple document types including 850, 855, 856, 810, 940, and 945.
Design, build, and maintain EDI mappings using ANSI X12 and XML standards to ensure compliance, accuracy, and operational efficiency.
Monitor and support daily EDI production systems to ensure reliable data flow, uptime, and issue resolution.
Develop and maintain integrations using scripting and programming tools such as C#, .NET, PowerShell, or similar technologies.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues across EDI pipelines, data exchanges, and backend systems.
Improve automation and scalability by identifying process gaps and implementing system enhancements.
Maintain clear technical documentation for mappings, configurations, and integration workflows.

Requirements:
4-7+ years of hands-on experience in EDI development, integration, and mapping (ANSI X12 required; EDIFACT is a plus).
Strong experience with MSSQL, T-SQL, and SSIS for data processing and transformation.
Solid understanding of secure data exchange protocols such as AS2, SFTP, FTP, and VAN networks.
Experience using EDI mapping tools (e.g., MapForce) and ETL tools for integration workflows.
Familiarity with ERP system integrations and supply chain or logistics environments.
Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure.
Exposure to modern integration patterns such as APIs and event-driven architectures.
Programming experience in C#, Python, or similar languages for automation tasks.
Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business and technical stakeholders.
Background in manufacturing, logistics, transportation, or supply chain domains preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Benefits:
Competitive contract compensation aligned with experience and expertise.
Remote-first flexibility with collaboration across distributed teams.
Opportunity to work on high-scale, mission-critical supply chain integrations.
Exposure to modern cloud, automation, and integration technologies.
Fast-paced, innovation-driven environment shaped by digital commerce and creator-led growth.
Chance to contribute to systems supporting globally recognized consumer products.
