Job Summary
The Senior Compensation Systems & Data Analyst is responsible for supporting the integrity, accuracy, and operational effectiveness of the organization's compensation systems, job architecture data, market pricing infrastructure, and related analytics. This role combines compensation operations, systems administration, data governance, reporting, and analytical support to enable informed decision-making across the employee lifecycle. Working across compensation, human resources, business leaders, and other internal partners, this position maintains critical compensation data and tools, supports recurring audit and survey processes, develops dashboards and reports, and provides analytical insights that improve data quality, strengthen governance, and support strategic decision-making. This role also helps create scalability and operational consistency within the Compensation function.
Essential Functions
  • Administers and maintains compensation-related systems, workflows, access, and supporting processes.
  • Supports administration of market pricing platforms, including survey loads, pricing updates, survey matching, and pricing file maintenance.
  • Performs audits, reconciliations, and validation of compensation, job, and employee data across multiple systems and reports.
  • Maintains key job architecture attributes, including but not limited to job codes, SOC codes, FLSA status, job family, sub-category, geographic differentials, and eligibility indicators.
  • Identifies data quality issues, researches root causes, recommends corrective action, and supports long-term improvements in data governance.
  • Develops, maintains, and refreshes recurring compensation reports, dashboards, lookup tools, and data models.
  • Translates complex data into clear, practical recommendations for a range of audiences.
  • Provides deep-dive analyses and actionable insights that inform strategic and operational decisions.
  • Provides analytical support across compensation and broader people-related topics such as hiring, retention, engagement, and internal mobility.

Qualifications
Education
  • Bachelor's Degree Human Resources, Business, Finance, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field (Required)
  • Equivalent Combination of Education and Experience in related field (May be Considered)

Experience
  • 5+ years experience in compensation, HR systems, HRIS, people analytics, reporting, data analysis, or a related field (Required)
  • Prior Experience supporting compensation programs, market pricing, survey participation, job architecture, or related compensation processes (Preferred)
  • Prior Experience working with large datasets and multiple systems (Preferred)
