The Microsoft Partner Alliance Manager is a key member of the Global Alliances team and works with the Profisee Sales, Business Development, and Pre-Sales teams to identify and grow relationships within Microsoft to drive Net New Profisee revenue. This role is based in the United States and is considered a remote position. This role will involve travel of up to 25% due to the direct work done with the Microsoft field in their regions.

Your Performance Objectives - What You Will Accomplish

After one month, you will have invested in gaining foundational knowledge about Profisee and what we do including:

  • Positioning of our solution within the Microsoft ecosystem through a high-level understanding of Data Fabric, Data Governance, and Digital Transformations and related Microsoft sales plays

After three months you will:

  • Deliver pipeline and revenue through existing and new Microsoft relationships

  • Set weekly cadences with Profisee AEs to build revenue plans to support their territories

After six months, you will:

  • Own a strong network of Microsoft Data and AI specialist and sellers that actively co-sell into our target accounts
  • Develop Profisee champions at Microsoft within their field leadership organizations
  • Deliver quota attaining revenue for the Profisee sales organization

After one year, you will:

  • Drive over-quota revenue as a deal maker with Microsoft through our "Better Together" messaging strategy

Competencies - What We are Looking For

Achiever pattern: consistently exceeds quota, flawless and detailed execution, goes "above and beyond" to deliver personal and company success. Owns the details. Takes responsibility. Has courage. Sense of urgency. This is a commission-based revenue role - bring your over quota background.

Executive Presence: Capable of creating executive relationships and making and managing executive introductions while elevating Profisee awareness and brand value in the eyes of Microsoft.

Strong Communicator: Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively present and build confidence in the partner network.

Microsoft Ecosystem Experience: Experience working directly with Microsoft, particularly within Data and AI, co-selling complex solutions. Bring your Microsoft rolodex.

Why we think YOU should come work with us

  • You will grow here more than you would anywhere else. That is a promise.
  • You will experience joining at a high-growth/high-traction inflection point
  • You will be a part of an amazing culture with a supportive and engaged CEO and Leadership Team
  • You will join a team of experienced, passionate employees
  • 401K, full health care coverage, life insurance, vacation time, and more. . .

How We Work - Our Core Values

Growth Mindset: This is the core key value at Profisee which is that we can all learn and grow. There are no limits, and we accept mistakes as a part of growing and trying new things. This is one of the things that makes work, life, and our environment both fun and rewarding.

Constructive Candor: Everyone knows how each other feels when we leave a room. We enjoy diverse perspectives with the purpose of finding the best answer, not defending our own.

Helpful: We feel helping our teammates and winning together is more fulfilling than accomplishing something on our own. We want things for, not from, each other.

Get Stuff Done: We have the grit, creativity, and resilience to accomplish our goals no matter the obstacles. We deliver results, not reasons.

Fun is Where Fun is Made: We covet the journey as much as the destination. We strive to make each other laugh along the way.

About Profisee

Let's find your somewhere new. Where your ideas are heard, no matter how long you've been at the company, or what your position is, or who you're talking to. Where you can always tackle new challenges because the industry's surface has barely been scratched. Where you can continue to grow because growth is in the company's DNA. Where the driving question is, "Great, what's next?" We're looking for people who can help solve the biggest data problems for the biggest names - organizations like MD Anderson, Intel, Under Armour, and more - so they can achieve their most important strategic initiatives.
