• Conduct comprehensive assessments for new clients to understand their mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans that outline therapeutic goals and interventions.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including solution-focused therapy and cognitive-behavioral techniques, to foster client well-being and resilience.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and best practices in mental health care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide holistic care and support.

• Educate and empower patients and their families by providing guidance on mental health resources, coping strategies, and community services available to them.

• Stay informed on the latest research and developments in mental health, integrating new knowledge into your practice to enhance patient care continuously.

Our practice serves a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults who present a variety of mental health issues. Individuals we work with often experience trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. As an LCSW, you will play a vital role in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, equipping them with coping strategies and supportive resources tailored to their unique circumstances.

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of Georgia is essential.

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting working with diverse populations.

• Proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, demonstrating the ability to effectively support clients in crisis.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills that facilitate trust and rapport with clients and colleagues.

• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities that enhance client outcomes.

• A commitment to working collaboratively in a team environment, supporting collective goals and initiatives.

• Experience in trauma-informed care and familiarity with trauma-focused therapy approaches.

• Knowledge of community resources in the Milledgeville area to better assist clients in accessing support services.

• Experience working with children and adolescents, particularly in educational or family settings.

• Our competitive salary range is between USD 80,000 and 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
