• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of children participating in early intervention programs, ensuring that all findings are documented and reported per federal and state guidelines.
• Actively participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), tailoring strategies to meet the unique developmental needs of each child.
• Monitor progress and outcomes as a contributing member of a collaborative team, ensuring ongoing support and adjustments to intervention plans as necessary.
• Provide valuable support to families, equipping them with skills and resources that promote their child's development and help address specific concerns.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and approaches, including coaching models and natural environment teaching, to deliver services that are effective and nurturing.
• Develop strong rapport with children and families, creating a safe and engaging learning atmosphere that fosters positive relationships.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations to maintain a secure environment for both staff and clients.

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker will focus primarily on assisting infants and toddlers who exhibit developmental delays or disabilities. Our approach centers around recognizing the strengths and capacities of each child, and our services are designed to help them acquire necessary skills across physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication domains. By cultivating partnerships with families, the LCSW will play a crucial role in bridging services and resources that promote children’s overall well-being.

• Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) issued by the Department of Public Health.
• Valid driver’s license to facilitate any necessary travel for home visits.
• A minimum of one year of experience working directly with children in early intervention settings is required.
• Familiarity with Natural Learning Environment Practices and a demonstrated commitment to these approaches.
• Proficiency in adapting therapeutic interventions to accommodate various learning styles and developmental needs.
• Bilingual abilities are encouraged to enhance communication with diverse populations.
• Exemplary organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively while juggling multiple responsibilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to cultivate relationships with families and team members.

• Experience in conducting assessments for early intervention programs.

• Familiarity with digital documentation systems and teletherapy tools.
• Participation in training or workshops focused on family engagement strategies and natural learning practices.
