Title: Client Data Management Specialist

Kelly® Science & Clinical is seeking a Client Data Management Specialist for a temp-to-hire position at an innovation-driven Biotech client. If you’re passionate about delivering high-quality clinical trial data and ready to take your data management experience to the next level, trust The Experts at Hiring Experts.

As a Client Data Management Specialist, you will serve as a key member of the Client Data Management (CDM) team, working closely with both internal teams and external BioPharma partners to ensure timely and accurate delivery of clinical trial data. You’ll be responsible for generating and delivering study data files, maintaining up-to-date documentation, assisting with Data Transfer Agreements (DTAs), and supporting the development and maintenance of code for custom data solutions. This role is ideal for professionals with excellent communication and analytical skills, a strong command of programming and data tools, and a passion for detail-oriented work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, review, and deliver clinical trial data according to study specifications and deadlines
  • Collaborate across teams (Business Development, Alliance Managers, Analytical Project Managers, etc.) to troubleshoot and resolve data or process issues
  • Serve as the primary contact for Data Transfer Agreement (DTA) discussions for low to medium complexity projects
  • Maintain records, track orders, and assist with CDM reporting and analytics for leadership decision-making
  • Participate in code/script development using tools such as Python, R, Java, and Excel to generate, process, and validate data files
  • Uphold best practices in database management, version control, and data security protocols
  • Train and support clients on accessing and utilizing data management systems
  • Participate in and recommend process improvements for scalable, efficient data workflows

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2+ years related experience
  • Experience with database management and programming languages (Python, R, Java), as well as tools like Excel, bash, and git
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data integrity and compliance
  • (Preferred) Familiarity with data governance, regulatory compliance (e.g., GDPR), clinical trials, and/or molecular biology
  • (Preferred) Exposure to AI/automation tools and project management principles
