The Opportunity : US Tax

At PwC, our people in tax focus on helping clients navigate the complexities of operating across borders. A career in our US Tax practice, within Tax Services, will provide you with the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients across Canada, including public and private middle market companies as well as large multinational organizations. You'll deliver consulting, advisory, and compliance services to Canadian-owned US businesses on a variety of US federal tax matters, including tax planning, compliance, and strategy. You'll help businesses optimize their tax positions and navigate complex cross-border issues from strategy to execution.

Experiences and skills you'll use to solve:

Working with a broad range of clients, including public and private middle market, and large multinational companies, you'll be providing US corporate tax services to Canadian-owned US businesses.

  • Enrolled in post-secondary education and working to obtain the US CPA required prerequisite courses

  • An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate new ideas

  • Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational and analytical skills; an ability to think broadly and to ask questions about data, facts and other information to deliver quality to our clients
