• Provide direct clinical services to clients experiencing severe emotional and mental health issues, both in remote sessions and community outreach.
• Establish and nurture therapeutic relationships with clients, employing trust and rapport techniques that facilitate open dialogue and treatment engagement.
• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings, utilizing evidence-based practices to identify client needs and determine appropriate interventions.
• Create and implement individualized care plans, ensuring coordinated services that may involve families and multidisciplinary teams.
• Facilitate individual and group therapies, focusing on prevention strategies and recovery processes tailored to detox clients' specific situations.

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in our detox center, you will work primarily with clients facing significant challenges related to substance use, mental health disorders, and emotional distress. This role requires sensitive and empathetic engagement with a diverse client population, many of whom may have experienced trauma or socioeconomic hardships. • Must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health or substance use environment is required.
• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California is mandatory.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse populations.

• Experience in detox or addiction treatment settings.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
