The Steadfast Support Clinic is actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Mental Health Counselor to join our dynamic Behavioral Health Team. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work primarily during daytime hours throughout the week (Monday to Friday) in a fully remote setting, allowing you to provide essential mental health support to children and families in the community.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be entrusted with a variety of responsibilities, including:

• Providing individual, group, and family therapy to clients within your assigned caseload, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to meet each client’s unique needs.
• Conducting assessments, particularly family and child counseling sessions, ensuring clients meet medical necessity and DSM-5 diagnostic criteria.
• Developing and leading psycho-educational groups and parenting classes that address crucial topics and enhance the skills necessary for effective family functioning.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation for all client interactions, including case materials and statistical data, in compliance with clinic policies and state regulations.
• Meeting productivity expectations by processing a predetermined number of reimbursable hours while adhering to the clinic's billing requirements.

Your primary focus will be providing compassionate mental health services to children and their families, addressing a wide range of psychological and emotional challenges. In this role, you will play a crucial part in helping clients navigate their mental health journeys, supporting them not only in overcoming obstacles but also in enhancing their overall wellbeing and functioning within the community.

To be considered for this prominent role, candidates must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in fields such as Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• A valid and active license in the state of Pennsylvania as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
• Strong organizational skills with the capability to manage multiple cases and complete documentation in a timely manner.
• A self-motivated mindset with the initiative to proactively manage billing hours and administrative duties.

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience in clinical practice is required, candidates with a background in community health settings or experience working with diverse populations will be highly regarded.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Additional benefits include:
