Remote Data Conversion information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote Data Conversion Specialist, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Data Conversion Specialist, you need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with data formats and database management—often supported by a degree in information technology or related fields. Familiarity with data conversion tools, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) software, and spreadsheet or database systems like SQL is typically required. Excellent problem-solving abilities, time management, and clear communication skills help you efficiently resolve data inconsistencies and collaborate remotely. These skills ensure accurate, efficient data migration, which is crucial for maintaining data integrity and supporting business operations.

What are some common challenges faced in a remote data conversion role, and how can they be addressed?

One common challenge in remote data conversion is ensuring data accuracy while working independently, often with large and varied datasets. Maintaining consistent communication with team members and project managers is crucial to clarify data formats and address discrepancies. Utilizing standardized tools and adhering to strict data validation processes can help minimize errors. Additionally, remote collaboration tools and regular check-ins can support teamwork and help resolve technical issues more efficiently.

What are remote data conversion jobs?

Remote data conversion jobs involve transforming data from one format or system to another while working from a location outside of a traditional office. This can include converting paper documents into digital files, migrating data between software platforms, or cleaning and reformatting datasets for analysis. These roles typically require attention to detail, proficiency with data management tools, and strong computer skills. Remote data conversion professionals often work for companies needing to digitize records, update databases, or integrate new technology. The work can be project-based or ongoing, depending on the employer's needs.

Job description

Head of Marketing

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota (remote), with periodic travel
Type: Full-time

Reports to: CEO
Company: Ladder Health

About Ladder Health

Ladder Health is reimagining early developmental care for children and families. We provide expert-quality, family-centered therapy and support at scale, combining virtual-first care delivery with partnerships across leading pediatric practices, health systems/NICUs, and strategic partnerships. Our mission is to break barriers so that every child at risk of developmental delay gets timely, effective care and the opportunity to thrive, regardless of geography, insurance, or family circumstance.

The Role

Ladder Health is seeking a high-agency, generalist Head of Marketing to own our growth engine as we scale from a successful seed raise into national expansion. This is a role designed for a leader who thrives on owning the full spectrum from high-level strategy to tactical execution. You will be part of the team building the new standard of pediatric developmental care by supporting our field teams, launching direct-to-family campaigns, and hardening our brand identity. You are a rapid experimenter who doesn't need a roadmap to build one, and you are comfortable managing contractors for specialized tasks while personally owning the core deliverables.

You'll own a wide range of marketing initiatives across brand, growth, and engagement. You'll partner closely with leadership as well as clinical, product, and operations teams to ensure our message is clear, our programs are effective, and families are finding and engaging with our services.

If you like variety, autonomy, and meaningful work, you'll feel at home here.

Core Responsibilities

Referral Growth & Field Marketing Support

  • Empower our "Ladder Liaisons" (Physician Relations) by creating and owning the full suite of sales enablement materials, including clinical one-pagers, referral kits, and health system-specific decks
  • Develop and execute hyper-local marketing campaigns to ensure Ladder Health remains a trusted, top-of-mind partner for pediatricians, health systems, and community partners
  • Manage local event strategy and execution to build deep-rooted clinical and community partnerships
  • Build automated campaigns for referral partners to share insightful resources and clinical updates, ensuring a friction-free "loop" from referral to care and building healthy, durable referral relationships
  • Maintain a tight feedback loop with Ladder Liaisons and Clinical teams to iterate on field materials based on real-world objections from pediatricians and health system requirements

Direct-to-Family (DTF) Awareness and Acquisition

  • Design and scale a Direct-to-Family strategy that drives awareness and generates high-intent demand from families
  • Build and optimize high-converting self-referral pathways for families seeking care outside the provider network
  • Own the testing and learning cycle for digital channels (Social, Search, Community groups) to identify the most effective ways to reach and engage rural and working families
  • Establish and own the marketing dashboard, providing weekly visibility into CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), channel performance, and top-of-funnel conversion metrics to drive data-backed pivots
Product Marketing & Family Lifecycle Engagement
  • Partner closely with Product, Clinical, and Care teams to design and optimize onboarding flows, referral conversion pathways, and in-product experiences that drive activation into care
  • Develop and execute lifecycle marketing strategies (email, SMS, in-product messaging) to improve visit adherence, care plan completion, and long-term family engagement
  • Translate clinical and product capabilities into clear, compelling messaging that resonates with families and reduces friction at key decision points
  • Lead experimentation across the product experience (e.g., onboarding flows, messaging, nudges, care milestones) to continuously improve activation, retention, and lifetime value
  • Establish core metrics and reporting for activation, engagement, and retention, creating visibility into drop-off points and opportunities for improvement across the care journey

Brand Hardening & Industry Reputation

  • Harden our brand identity and develop comprehensive brand guidelines to ensure 100% alignment across product, marketing, and clinical materials
  • Establish Ladder Health as the definitive thought leader in pediatric developmental care through strategic PR, industry events, and high-quality content production
  • Ensure all messaging follows best practices for engaging families with empathy, clarity, and clinical rigor

Marketing Operations & Management

  • Own the marketing tech stack (CRM, email automation, CMS) to ensure a seamless data flow from initial awareness to clinical activation
  • Develop and manage marketing automation tools and workflows
  • Identify, vet, and manage a flexible roster of creative and technical contractors (designers, copywriters, performance marketers) to amplify your impact
  • Develop dashboards and reporting to track performance and inform decisions
  • Use AI tools to improve speed, quality, and insight across marketing efforts
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in an early-stage healthcare or health-tech environment (B2B2C or B2B preferred)
  • Proven track record of supporting field sales/relations teams with high-impact enablement tools and localized marketing strategies
  • Deep experience in full-funnel marketing, with the ability to show how brand awareness directly leads to patient activation and conversion and how in-product experiences drive engagement and retention
  • Hands-on proficiency with modern growth and design tools (e.g., Canva/Figma, Salesforce, ActiveCampaign and Webflow)
  • Experience partnering with product teams on lifecycle tooling (e.g., onboarding flows, CRM/lifecycle platforms)
  • Extreme ownership: You are a generalist who can write the copy, design the initial layout (or manage a contractor to do so), set up the email automation, and analyze the results
  • Strong bias for action: You are comfortable with rapid iteration, "testing and learning" and executing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing a marketing budget with a focus on high-ROI, scrappy experiments over large-scale traditional brand spend
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex clinical concepts into parent-friendly, actionable messaging across both marketing channels and in-product experiences
  • Comfort using AI tools to accelerate and improve marketing work
  • Deep empathy for parents and a genuine connection to Ladder Health's mission
Compensation & Benefits
  • Target Salary: $135,000 - $165,000 (commensurate with experience and location)
  • Equity: Significant early-employee equity grant (0.1% - 0.25%) tied to growth milestones
  • Benefits: Comprehensive health, dental, and vision; 401(k); and a flexible, remote-first work environment with limited travel for field support
Why Join Ladder Health

At Ladder Health, you'll be part of a mission-driven team tackling one of the most important and overlooked challenges in pediatric health, breaking barriers to care and shaping a future where every child has the opportunity to thrive. You'll help design and scale a model of care that can transform developmental outcomes for children and families nationwide. If you are energized by building, leading, and delivering measurable impact at scale, we'd love to meet you.
