Remote Data Conversion information

What are the key skills and qualifications needed to thrive as a Remote Data Conversion Specialist, and why are they important?

To thrive as a Remote Data Conversion Specialist, you need strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience with data formats and database management—often supported by a degree in information technology or related fields. Familiarity with data conversion tools, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) software, and spreadsheet or database systems like SQL is typically required. Excellent problem-solving abilities, time management, and clear communication skills help you efficiently resolve data inconsistencies and collaborate remotely. These skills ensure accurate, efficient data migration, which is crucial for maintaining data integrity and supporting business operations.

What are some common challenges faced in a remote data conversion role, and how can they be addressed?

One common challenge in remote data conversion is ensuring data accuracy while working independently, often with large and varied datasets. Maintaining consistent communication with team members and project managers is crucial to clarify data formats and address discrepancies. Utilizing standardized tools and adhering to strict data validation processes can help minimize errors. Additionally, remote collaboration tools and regular check-ins can support teamwork and help resolve technical issues more efficiently.

These roles typically require attention to detail, proficiency with data management tools, and strong computer skills. Remote data conversion professionals often work for companies needing to digitize records, update databases, or integrate new technology. The work can be project-based or ongoing, depending on the employer's needs.

Agile Product Owner - BA07DEAssociate Agile Product Owner - BA08BE

We're determined to make a difference and are proud to be an insurance company that goes well beyond coverages and policies. Working here means having every opportunity to achieve your goals - and to help others accomplish theirs, too. Join our team as we help shape the future.

The Small Business Transformation Office is seeking an Agile Product Owner (APO) to lead delivery of sales tools and data-driven capabilities that enhance Small Business Territory Manager effectiveness. This role partners across business, sales, and technology to deliver solutions that optimize selling time, improve agent engagement, and drive conversion and growth outcomes.

The APO will own product execution for sales-facing platforms (e.g., dashboards, CRM enhancements, and automation tools), ensuring priorities are aligned to business impact, sales performance metrics, and AI-enabled insights.

The role is primarily an individual contributor, requiring strong leadership to drive alignment, define requirements, and translate business needs into scalable product solutions. To be successful in this role, the individual must demonstrate a high level of self-motivation, curiosity, and ownership, along with strong verbal and written communication skills and a clear preference for working collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead delivery of sales tools and capabilities for one or more agile teams

  • Own and evolve sales performance tools, including dashboards, CRM enhancements, and automation solutions, in partnership with business and technology stakeholders

  • Lead test-and-learn initiatives to continuously improve sales workflows and tool effectiveness

  • Partner with data teams to enable integrated, high-quality data for actionable insights

  • Drive user adoption and enablement through analytics, feedback loops, and Voice of Customer insights

  • Translate business needs into data-driven insights and prioritized product enhancements

  • Partner with sales leadership and territory managers to align product priorities with frontline needs and behaviors

  • Represent the voice of the sales organization, agents, and end users

  • Manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize sales impact and business value

  • Analyze product adoption, sales performance, and delivery metrics to identify opportunities and improve outcomes

  • Drive business readiness and change enablement to ensure strong adoption and measurable results

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in Small Business Insurance Product, technology, or a related field

  • Experience with sales tools, CRM platforms, or sales analytics dashboards preferred

  • Experience with data platforms or analytics tools (e.g., Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, CRMA) preferred

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Rally, JIRA)

  • Proven ability to leverage data, analytics, and KPIs to drive business outcomes

  • Experience supporting sales organizations or customer-facing workflows

  • Experience with test-and-learn or hypothesis-driven development approaches

  • Strong stakeholder management, collaboration, and influence skills across multiple partners

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging and influence outcomes across audiences

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, navigate ambiguity, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment

  • Experience applying data analysis to generate insights and inform product decisions

  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and execution

  • Experience with ADKAR or other change management frameworks preferred

  • Prior Product Ownership experience a plus

  • Sales performance reporting and dashboard development

  • Tools supporting sales planning, pipeline management, or follow-up workflows

  • Experience improving selling efficiency and agent productivity

  • Driving adoption of new tools within frontline sales teams
