Job description
The ideal candidate has a strong background in project controls or scheduling within construction, infrastructure, industrial, data center, or defense environments. This is a hands-on role requiring deep scheduling knowledge-not just schedule maintenance, but full ownership, integration, and analysis.
Responsibilities- Develop, maintain, and own Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in Primavera P6
- Perform schedule analysis, including critical path, logic validation, and risk identification
- Integrate multiple project schedules and ensure alignment across teams
- Evaluate schedule health and provide recommendations for improvements
- Partner with Program Managers and project teams to support execution
- Participate in customer-facing discussions as needed
- Generate reporting and insights using tools such as Power BI or similar
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and data integrity
- 8+ years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or related field
- Advanced experience with Primavera P6 (required)
- Demonstrated experience building and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
- Strong understanding of schedule logic, critical path, and risk analysis
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, data center, or defense projects
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
