Job description

The ideal candidate has a strong background in project controls or scheduling within construction, infrastructure, industrial, data center, or defense environments. This is a hands-on role requiring deep scheduling knowledge-not just schedule maintenance, but full ownership, integration, and analysis.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and own Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) in Primavera P6
  • Perform schedule analysis, including critical path, logic validation, and risk identification
  • Integrate multiple project schedules and ensure alignment across teams
  • Evaluate schedule health and provide recommendations for improvements
  • Partner with Program Managers and project teams to support execution
  • Participate in customer-facing discussions as needed
  • Generate reporting and insights using tools such as Power BI or similar
  • Maintain high standards of accuracy, organization, and data integrity
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in project scheduling, project controls, or related field
  • Advanced experience with Primavera P6 (required)
  • Demonstrated experience building and managing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
  • Strong understanding of schedule logic, critical path, and risk analysis
  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, industrial, data center, or defense projects
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • U.S. Citizenship required
  • Ability to obtain security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Deltek Acumen Fuse or similar schedule analysis tools
  • PMP certification (preferred, not required)
  • Experience in defense or government programs
Work Environment & Travel
  • On-site in Auburn Hills, MI preferred
  • Remote candidates in Texas and Virginia will be considered
  • Up to 25% domestic travel (Michigan, Ohio, and occasional East Coast projects)
