This role supports a new delivery program by recruiting local businesses to join a hub delivery partner initiative across targeted towns in Texas. You will focus on door-to-door outreach, consultative sales, and community-based recruitment to identify and onboard qualified business partners. The position combines field sales, customer relationship management, and event support, with frequent travel within a driving radius of up to two hours and the opportunity to earn uncapped commission based on partner conversions.
Responsibilities
- Visit prospective businesses door to door in targeted towns within approximately 90 minutes driving distance to introduce the delivery partner program.
- Present and pitch the new program opportunity to prospective businesses and generate strong interest in applying.
- Qualify prospective businesses based on defined criteria and guide them through the full application process.
- Lead and track all prospecting and follow-up activities in Salesforce, maintaining an accurate and up-to-date pipeline.
- Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events in the community, such as lunch-and-learn sessions and town hall meetings.
- Collaborate with the Field Manager to engage local influencers and organizations, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations, to drive referrals and program awareness.
- Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis to ensure accurate data capture and reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service to prospective partners, answering questions and addressing concerns throughout the onboarding process.
- Identify and resolve issues for applicants in the field, using problem-solving skills to remove barriers to participation.
- Travel up to four hours round trip daily as needed to cover assigned territories and attend community events.
- Communicate professionally and consistently with internal team members and external stakeholders to support program goals.
- Manage time and territory effectively to maximize outreach, follow-up, and conversion of prospective partners.
Essential Skills
- At least 2 years of experience in sales and/or customer service.
- Proven outside or field sales experience, including door-to-door or territory sales.
- Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems; Salesforce experience is preferred and strongly valued.
- Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with business owners.
- Demonstrated professionalism, enthusiasm for working with others, and a strong sense of urgency.
- High attention to detail and the ability to solve problems for applicants in the field.
- Tech-savvy, with experience working with multiple systems and technology tools.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to four hours round trip daily.
- Fluency in Spanish for one of the positions, as the role requires bilingual capability in Spanish.
- Fluency in an Indian language for one of the positions, as the role requires bilingual capability in an Indian language.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Prior experience in roles that involve sales and negotiation with customers is a strong plus.
- Field sales experience beyond door-to-door, such as territory or route sales, is advantageous.
- Experience importing and managing data using Excel and integrating it into CRM platforms.
- Comfort working in a performance-driven environment with commission-based incentives.
- Ability to engage community organizations and local influencers to drive referrals and program awareness.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple prospects, events, and follow-up activities simultaneously.
Work Environment
This role is primarily field-based, with work in the field three to five times per week and remote work from home on non-field days. You will travel within a radius of up to two hours (approximately four hours round trip) to visit businesses and attend community events. The position relies heavily on technology, including Salesforce as the core CRM platform and Excel for data handling and weekly imports. You will collaborate closely with a Field Manager and other local contractors in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment focused on recruiting and supporting delivery partners. The role offers uncapped commission opportunities tied to partner applications, readiness to launch, and sustained participation, as well as benefits such as paid time off after a period of successful performance, partial phone expense coverage, and mileage reimbursement for travel.

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.50 - $25.50/hr.
