We are looking for a Manager, Business Strategy & Analytics to drive strategic planning, remove operational barriers, and lead high-impact programs that support business growth and operational excellence. This role requires a customer-first, data-driven leader who can navigate complex problems and translate insights into decisive action that delivers results for both sellers and the broader business. The ideal candidate brings strong ownership, a bias for action, and a track record of ideating and executing initiatives at scale. They are highly collaborative, able to influence cross-functional partners, and effective at aligning stakeholders toward shared outcomes. By leveraging data and analytical rigor, this leader will drive program performance, ensure executional excellence, and deliver measurable impact while upholding Walmart’s core values.What you'll do...Locations: Bellevue, Sunnyvale/San Bruno & Bentonville    What You’ll Do Own Strategy PMO & Initiative Execution
• Establish and operate the PMO for the Strategy and Product Marketing organization, defining governance, operating rhythms, and execution frameworks. 
• Translate high-level strategy into structured workstreams, milestones, and deliverables 
• Manage initiative portfolio, tracking progress, dependencies, and outcomes 
• Build program management standards, templates, and processes to ensure operational rigor and visibility across initiatives. 
  Drive Strategic Planning & Prioritization
• Collaborate with Finance, Business, Product to support quarterly and annual planning processes 
• Help define priorities, sequencing, and resource allocation 
• Prepare leadership updates, executive readouts, and program status reporting. 
  Lead Strategy Analytics & Insights
• Define success metrics and measurement frameworks for strategic initiatives 
• Build reporting and dashboards to track progress against goals and KPIs
• Conduct deep-dive analyses to identify trends, risks, and opportunities 
• Provide data-driven recommendations to inform strategic decisions 
• Develop deep understanding of our seller cohorts, outcomes, and journey to deliver targeted strategies
  Build Scalable Systems & Processes
• Own tools and workflows supporting strategy execution (Jira, Confluence, AirTable, planning tools) 
• Develop standardized processes for initiative tracking, reporting, and governance 
• Lead operational forums including program reviews, roadmap checkpoints, and initiative reviews. 
• Ensure leadership has visibility into progress, risks, and key decisions. 
 
What You’ll Bring End-to-end ownership, with the ability to independently lead cross-functional partners through strategic, high-visibility projects with a bias for action and results Strong analytical skills to interpret insights across initiatives, paired with a continuous learning and improvement mindset Strong data analytics skills, including SQL writing and/or AI prompting.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to adjust level of detail to the audience, including executives. The ability to convey complex concepts on behalf of business partners and to senior executives in presentation & white paper form.   Experience in eCommerce, online Marketplaces (ideally logistics, or supply chain functions) is highly desirable. This includes experience both building in a high growth environment as well as successfully executing in a multi-billion dollar globally scaled enterprise. Ability to build relationships and influence without authority Structured thinking and the ability to break down large problems into smaller, simpler ones Minimum Qualifications... Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, or related disciplines. 3-4 years’ experience in consulting, finance, operations management, or related areas. Experience using planning tools such as Confluence and AirTable.  Experience with one or more data visualization tools such as Tableau, Looker etc. Deep analytical abilities, both quantitative and qualitative, and a track record of applying these to inform effective and successful business decisions.
