Description: Create Power BI dashboards for Store Operations. The analyst will work to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of reports that support field & store teams.
Responsibilities
• Partners with various business partners to source data from various data sets
• Identifies new reporting opportunities & creates reports based on business need
• Designs reports and data bases
• Training for end users on reporting
• Documents process flow of reporting
• Demonstrates a keen understanding of data; identifies and translates the connections and core issues to operational and financial controls.
• Special projects and other duties as assigned
• Supports ad-hoc reporting as needed
• Work closely with the business to improve the data collection and quality
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree Required (Preferred in Finance, Accounting, Data Science, Information Technology, Computer Science, etc.)
• 3-5 years of professional experience
• Intermediate to advanced Power BI and Microsoft Excel experience
• Advanced Analytical skills
• Off-price model understanding
• Good understanding of data warehousing and data lake architecture
Experience working with large datasets to extract, manipulate and analyze performance using business intelligence tools
