Standard Job Description What You Will Be Doing Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.

Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations. Basic Qualifications -Bachelor's Degree or 2 years relevant experience in production control, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, logistics, or material management - Ability to analyze operational data and communicate insights, including experience with spreadsheets (Excel or equivalent), basic reporting or data tracking Desired Skills -Experience or coursework exposure to ERP or MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, Costpoint or similar tools -Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, lookups) -Yellow or Green Belt in Lean Six Sigma -Demonstrated ability to identify constraints, assess tradeoffs, and recommend solutions -Written an verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present information to both technical and non-technical audiences -Demonstrated curiosity, initiative, and willingness take ownership of problems through resolution -Basic understanding of manufacturing or production environments, including scheduling, material flow, work-in-process, or shop floor operations -Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced, deadline driven environment Pay Information Full-Time Salary Range: $49500.00 - $91900.00 At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people. Annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs may be offered depending on the position. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
