Job description

We're looking for candidates with excellent English communication skills, strong confidence on calls, and the ability to generate leads and book meetings with US prospects. The role involves cold calling, outreach, email follow-ups, CRM updates, and AI-guided conversations that keep every call sharp, natural, and on-message.

VIDIZMO

VIDIZMO is a USA-based technology company headquartered in Tysons, Virginia, and a Microsoft Solutions Partner in Data & AI, Infrastructure, and Digital & App Innovation. Through our AI-Powered Intelligence Hub, we help Fortune 500 companies, large enterprises, governments, and the public sector securely manage, analyze, and govern their data with complete control and compliance.

Our Multimodal AI Data Intelligence Platform uses Large Language Models (LLMs) and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) to power capabilities such as auto-tagging, redaction, content summarization, OCR, translation, subtitle creation, object detection and tracking, content search, sentiment and emotion analysis, topic extraction, document classification, and facial attribute detection.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold calls to US-based prospects and initiate outbound conversations.
  • Use AI-guided conversation tools to prepare for calls, handle objections, and keep every conversation natural and on-brand - you bring the judgment, the tools help you prep.
  • Drive lead generation through LinkedIn outreach, targeted email sequences, and CRM-based prospecting.
  • Qualify leads, run initial discovery calls, and schedule product demos and meetings for the sales team.
  • Follow up consistently by phone and email to move prospects through the pipeline.
  • Keep the CRM accurate and current, with clean data and visible next steps.
  • Meet weekly and monthly targets for call volume, lead generation, and meetings booked.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal English communication - clear, confident, and easily understood by US-based prospects.
  • 2-3 years of experience in sales, business development, cold calling, SDR, or inside sales strongly preferred.
  • Willingness to work in eastern Time zone.
  • Comfortable using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, or similar) to prepare for and guide live conversations.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM and outreach tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Zoho, or Apollo preferred.
  • Reliable, high-speed internet and a quiet, professional space for calls - required for all remote applicants, regardless of location.
  • Resilient, upbeat, and comfortable with a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Must be legally authorized to work from your country of residence.

Essential Skills

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, listens well, and can adapt an AI-suggested talk track into a natural, human conversation rather than reading it verbatim. Regular, proficient use of AI productivity tools - including platforms like Claude - is expected to sharpen call prep, follow-up, and efficiency. An ownership mindset and the drive to hit lead-generation targets with minimal supervision are essential.

Compensation includes performance-based incentives tied to lead generation and closing rate.

VIDIZMO is an equal opportunity employer. This is a remote role open to all US candidates. We celebrate diversity and are committed to building an inclusive team.
