In this role, youโ€™ll conduct outbound calls to businesses across the U.S. to complete confidential market research interviews. No sales, no fundraisingโ€”just professional research conversations.

This position is ideal for college students, retirees, or anyone looking for flexible part-time remote work to earn extra income. Online training provided for qualified candidates, followed by a one-day Project Briefing class designed for new hires, where you'll work with an instructor, receive live guidance, and make your first live calls.

What You'll Need

  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • A quiet, distraction-free workspace (no background noise)
  • Strong typing and computer navigation skills
  • Must reside in the United States (some state restrictions may apply)
  • Eligible to work in the U.S. (Form I-9 required)
  • Experience:
    • Call Center: 1 year (Preferred, not required)
    • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent (Required)
