We are seeking an experienced Senior Application Analyst - ERP Applications to support and optimize enterprise applications across the organization. This role partners with business, operations, and technical teams to ensure reliable system performance, effective workflows, and strong application integrity. The ideal candidate has a background in system administration for applications, strong analytical skills, and experience supporting UKG and other third-party applications in a fast-paced environment.
Job Specifics
Location: Remote work options for residents in only WI, MN, MI, or IA. Occasional onsite work to support initiatives in either La Crosse, WI or Green Bay, WI
FTE Status: 1.00 FTE (40 hours/week)
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday. Core business hours

Job Description:
Configures, supports, maintains, and optimizes workforce management applications, including UKG, and related applications to meet organizational needs. Serves as a subject matter expert for moderate to complex application, process, and data-related issues. Acts as a liaison between business operations, payroll, human resources, information technology, leadership, system users, and vendors to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant workforce processes.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience and education required
Experience:
  • Four years of relevant experience required
  • UKG experience preferred
Responsibilities:
1. Troubleshoots and resolves complex application issues and provides end user support.
2. Monitors applications and Troubleshoot applications for issues in connection with maintenance, upgrades and implementations.
3. Applies knowledge of best practices and how timekeeping and scheduling processes integrate with payroll, HR, and other operational workflows. Assists with moderate to complex business process design, reengineering, and documentation for new or enhanced functionality.
4. Interprets internal and external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes, or services. A mentor to other colleagues.
5. Solves complex problems; takes a new perspective on existing solutions; exercises judgment based on the analysis of multiple sources of information. May lead functional teams or projects with moderate risk and/or complexity.
6. Assists others in solving complex problems; uses sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgement and identify innovative solutions.
7. Impacts the achievement of customer, operational, project, or service with large scale objectives; work is guided by functional policies.
8. Communicates difficult concepts and negotiates with others to adopt a different point of view.
9. Use awareness of department and system initiatives and drives decision making while maintaining a positive relationship with the customer.
10. Adheres to regular and predictable attendance.
