Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Maintains and executes recurring reports using SQL, Excel, MicroStrategy, and existing reporting tools to support RCS operations and performance tracking.
  • Acquires, cleans, filters, and validates data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and reliability of reporting outputs.
  • Executes and updates existing SQL queries, stored procedures, and SSIS packages; runs standardized reporting processes.
  • Performs quality assurance on reports and deliverables, including work completed by global resources, ensuring data accuracy prior to distribution.
  • Distributes reports via email and other channels, including written summaries describing methodology and key findings when required.
  • Conducts preliminary analysis of operational and financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential data issues.
  • Assists in the creation of basic visualizations and reporting outputs to support internal understanding of performance metrics.
  • Supports more complex analytical efforts by preparing datasets and deliverables under direction from senior team members.
  • Responds to routine ad hoc reporting and data requests from RCS stakeholders using established tools and processes.
  • Manipulates and analyzes data sets to produce timely outputs aligned with stakeholder needs and defined requirements.
  • Coordinates with internal team members when requests require additional expertise or cross-functional support.
  • Participates in RCS meetings, contributing to discussions related to reporting outputs and data findings.
  • Collaborates with RCS Directors, Managers, and cross-functional teams (Finance, Accounting, Operations) in a supporting role.
  • Works closely with global resources to complete assigned tasks, including receiving handoffs and performing QA on deliverables.
  • Builds foundational knowledge of RCS domains and reporting processes, progressing toward subject matter expertise over time.
  • Ensures adherence to established reporting standards, processes, and data governance practices.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and foundational SQL skills
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as MicroStrategy or similar BI platforms preferred
  • Basic understanding of data analysis and statistical concepts
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and validation
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to follow established processes while developing analytical problem-solving skills

EDUCATION (Required and/or Preferred):

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Health Informatics, Finance, or related quantitative field required

Previous Experience:

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in data analysis, reporting, or a related field
  • Foundational analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Basic understanding of business operations and data structures
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to follow direction and execute assigned tasks accurately
  • Developing ability to interpret data and communicate findings clearly

  • Daily contact with RCS Analytics team and global resources
  • Frequent contact with RCS Managers and Directors
  • Occasional contact with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Senior Leadership (supporting role)
  • Limited interaction with external clients in coordination with Client Services and leadership

Pay Range:

51,293.00 - 72,891.00 USD annually

This range represents the anticipated base salary for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
