We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our engineering firm. In this role, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will analyze processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements that enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Requirements Gathering:
    • Collaborate with stakeholders, including project managers, engineers, and clients, to identify and document business needs and requirements.
    • Facilitate workshops, interviews, and surveys to gather comprehensive information.
  2. Process Analysis:
    • Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gains.
    • Develop process maps and documentation to visualize current state and propose future state solutions.
  3. Solution Design:
    • Work with technical teams to design solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring alignment with company goals.
    • Evaluate and recommend software tools, technologies, and systems to support project objectives.
  4. Project Management Support:
    • Assist project managers in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Monitor project progress, identify risks, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  5. Data Analysis:
    • Analyze data trends, performance metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to inform decision-making.
    • Develop reports and dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
  6. Stakeholder Communication:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact between business units and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
    • Prepare and present findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders and management.
  7. User Acceptance Testing (UAT):
    • Develop test cases and assist in conducting UAT to validate that solutions meet business needs before implementation.

  8. Training and Support:

Qualifications:
