• Conduct individual therapy sessions via video conferencing to address a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship concerns.
• Regularly assess and monitor client progress, making evidence-based adjustments to treatment plans as needed to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Utilize standardized assessment tools to collect and analyze data on client outcomes and the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress in compliance with ethical and legal standards.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and family members, to develop comprehensive treatment strategies that integrate various healthcare perspectives.
• Stay up-to-date with current research, best practices, and emerging trends in mental health therapy to enhance service delivery.
• Uphold rigorous standards of confidentiality and professionalism in all patient interactions, prioritizing a safe and supportive therapeutic environment.

The patients you will serve encompass a diverse range of backgrounds and experiences, reflecting a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. This includes individuals seeking support for common mental health issues, as well as those dealing with complex psychological conditions requiring specialized care. Your role will play a vital part in helping patients from varied demographic backgrounds achieve their therapeutic goals, thereby contributing to improved overall community mental health.

• A minimum of three years of experience in an outpatient clinical setting is required.
• A Master’s degree in Professional Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• An active, unrestricted license to practice as an LPC in the state of Oregon.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, emphasizing empathy, active listening, and cultural competence.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a flexible schedule.
• Familiarity and proficiency with digital tools, electronic health records, and telehealth software.

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or online counseling environment.
• Expertise in specific therapeutic modalities relevant to diverse mental health issues, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) or trauma-informed care.
• Knowledge of community mental health resources and referral processes.

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, accompanied by a robust benefits package.
