Description

The Data Analysis Manager will have the opportunity to work with exciting technologies and data sets to develop next generation solutions for Citizens. In this role, you will be responsible for tracking the uptake of data and analytics initiatives by the business and measuring the value of those analytics initiatives. You will also ensure that the business adapts to insights provided by analytics outputs. You will thrive in this role through your data driven mindset and your ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, ensuring understanding of data and recommending innovative solutions to streamline operational processes.

Primary responsibilities include

  • Interface with business sponsors to affect change as data and analytics solutions are deployed; validate solution and connect outputs of use cases with those responsible for taking action.
  • Identify business process improvements to be made as a result of analytics insights.
  • Track uptake of data and analytics initiatives by the business.
  • Measure the value of specific analytics initiatives and track the increase in business profitability that can be claimed by each individual analytics use case.
  • Work closely with the BAL and Data Governance teams to communicate data and analytics successes and plans with the broader business community.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials

  • Required Qualifications
    • Bachelor's Degree
    • Deep knowledge of the business and related processes
    • Experience with data and analytics initiatives
    • Strong knowledge of CFG enterprise data management standards and processes
    • Significant understanding of analytics use cases and capabilities
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Preferred Qualifications
    • Master's Degree

Hours & Work Schedule

  • Hours per Week: 40
  • Work Schedule: Monday - Friday
