Join the team behind Nord Security's latest product-combining dark web monitoring, credit tracking, and identity theft insurance into one powerful platform.
Main Responsibilities
  • Drive sales and revenue growth through broker channel partnerships.
  • Find, recruit, and onboard employee benefit brokers to add our identity protection solution to their offerings.
  • Track channel activity, evaluate partner performance, and roll out initiatives to help brokers boost sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with broker partners through regular calls, meetings, and in-person visits.
  • Run training sessions and presentations so brokers fully understand our product, value proposition, and technology.
  • Represent the company at industry events, broker meetings, and client calls to strengthen our brand and market presence.
  • Stay on top of market trends and competitor moves to help inform our product strategy and go-to-market plans.
  • Provide sales forecasts and maintain clear pipeline visibility for executive leadership.
    Core Requirements
  • 5-7+ experience in channel sales, preferably within the employee benefits industry
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining productive partnerships resulting in measurable revenue growth
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits products, benefits administration platforms, broker ecosystem, sales cycles and integration requirements.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills with success building networks and long-term client partnerships
  • Outstanding presentation and communication abilities, both written and verbal
  • Proactive mindset with strong time management and organizational abilities
  • Experience in identity theft protection, cybersecurity, or insurance will be considered a strong advantage.
