Technology Operations Analyst, WD Technology Enablement
The Technology Enablement function empowers Work Dynamics (WD) accounts to gain insights, maximize decision-making capabilities, and ensure high customer satisfaction by driving optimal value from the JLL technology platform. It ensures operational excellence of Work Dynamics on-account business applications and data platforms including technology performance management, compliance, and security.
The Technology Operations Analyst is a vital role within the Work Dynamics Technology Enablement team, responsible for the day-to-day operational support and maintenance of technology systems and applications for assigned Work Dynamics accounts. The Technology Operations Analyst provides technical expertise, advanced troubleshooting, and user support to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of technology services. This role is essential for maintaining system performance, security, and compliance. The Technology Operations Analyst works closely with the Service Delivery Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Systems Administration & Maintenance: Perform system administration tasks, including software installations, updates, and configurations. Ensure systems are running optimally and efficiently.
  • Troubleshooting & Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting and technical support to resolve system and application issues. Escalate complex issues to senior team members as needed.
  • User Training & Documentation: Develop and deliver user training programs to enhance user knowledge and adoption of technology systems. Create and maintain clear and concise documentation for system configurations and procedures.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Implement changes to enhance system efficiency and reliability.
  • Compliance & Auditing: Assist with compliance and auditing activities, ensuring systems meet security and regulatory requirements.
  • Scripting & Automation: Develop and implement scripts and automation tools to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
  • Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with the Service Delivery Manager and other team members to ensure effective communication and collaboration on service-related issues and projects.
  • Security Awareness & Support: Support the implementation of security policies and procedures. Identify and report potential security vulnerabilities.

Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3+ years of experience in IT operations or a related role.
  • Strong technical skills in systems administration, troubleshooting, and user support.
  • Experience with scripting and automation tools.
  • Understanding of IT security principles and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with the JLL Work Dynamics technology ecosystem is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL v4) are a plus.

Estimated compensation for this position:
60,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
