Technical Team Lead - Claims (Adjuster)

We have an existing opportunity to add a Technical Team Lead/Claims Adjuster to our team in Laval, QC! This position will work remotely and can be based anywhere in the province of Quebec.

Summary
The Technical Team Lead serves as a senior technical reference and plays a key role in improving file quality and supporting the development of adjusters.
This position is intended for an adjuster looking to move into a technical leadership role, without necessarily taking on traditional management responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Act as a technical reference for the team (complex files, settlement strategies)
Support adjusters with their files (analysis, coverage, direction)
Conduct targeted quality reviews (reports, reserves, client compliance)
Provide coaching and support the development of adjusters
Contribute to the continuous improvement of practices and standards
Collaborate with Directors to support overall performance

Profile Sought
8 to 10 years of experience in claims adjusting
Strong technical expertise (experience with complex files /specialty risk is an asset)
Influential leadership and coaching ability
Strong rigor, judgment, and quality orientation
Good understanding of insurer and client expectations

Bilingualism in French and English is a must (oral and written)
