Working remotely as a customer support representative often requires stronger written communication skills and proactive engagement, as most interactions with teammates and supervisors occur through digital channels like chat or video calls. You'll likely use various collaboration tools to stay connected, participate in virtual team meetings, and share updates. While you may have more flexibility, it's important to be self-motivated and organized to maintain productivity and ensure customers receive timely assistance.
