You'll likely use various collaboration tools to stay connected, participate in virtual team meetings, and share updates. While you may have more flexibility, it's important to be self-motivated and organized to maintain productivity and ensure customers receive timely assistance. Building rapport with both customers and colleagues remotely can be a challenge, but many companies offer training and resources to help remote support teams succeed.
