Job description

We're seeking a customer-focused Customer Support Specialist to provide exceptional service and build lasting relationships with our customers. In this fully remote role, you'll resolve inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure every customer receives timely, accurate, and professional support through phone, email, chat, and other digital communication channels.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, and messaging platforms.
  • Resolve product, service, billing, and account-related issues with professionalism and empathy.
  • Troubleshoot customer concerns and escalate complex cases when appropriate.
  • Maintain detailed customer records using CRM and support ticketing systems.
  • Educate customers on products, services, and best practices.
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction, response time, and quality performance goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and resolve recurring issues.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes and recommend service improvements.

Qualifications
