Job description

We’re hiring Remote Customer Support Agents to join a growing customer care team supporting transportation-related services.

This is a full-time work-from-home opportunity for candidates who live within 50 miles of Salisbury, North Carolina. Previous call center experience is not required — paid training is provided.

If you’re dependable, comfortable speaking with customers by phone, and have previous verifiable work experience, we’d like to hear from you.


What You’ll Do

  • Answer inbound customer calls
  • Help customers with transportation-related questions and requests
  • Provide accurate, friendly, and professional support
  • Enter and update customer information in company systems
  • Follow established procedures and quality standards
  • Maintain reliable attendance during training and scheduled shifts
  • Communicate calmly and professionally with customers

This is a remote position, but it is not open nationwide.
