We are hiring a Remote Customer Support Specialist in the Chicago area to assist clients with travel-related inquiries, planning coordination, and reservation support. This role focuses on clear communication and attention to detail to ensure a seamless client experience.

In this role, you will act as a primary point of contact for clients, assisting with questions, coordinating travel arrangements, and providing ongoing support before, during, and after travel.
