Job description

About Us

We're a nationwide software company that powers digital marketing for used car dealerships across all 50 states. Our proprietary platform automates classified listings to dozens of sites, helping dealers reach more buyers and close more sales.

The Role

We're hiring remote, independent sales reps to generate qualified leads for our software solution. This is an appointment-setting and lead-generation position—you're not responsible for closing deals. Your job is to identify interested dealerships, qualify them, and pass them to our sales team.

What You'll Do:

  • Cold-call dealership owners and managers nationwide
  • Qualify prospects based on our criteria
  • Set appointments for our sales team
  • Track leads and activity in our CRM
  • Provide feedback to improve our process

Compensation & Schedule

  • Type: 1099 Independent Contractor (Remote)
  • Schedule: Flexible hours—work when you want
  • Pay Structure: 100% commission-based
  • Commission: $729-899 per sale.
    • $249-$399 base commission
    • $500 completion bonus per sale
    • Paid immediately upon sale (via Zelle, PayPal, or check)
  • Average Deal Value: $750–$1,000
  • Customer Lifetime Value: Month-to-month, no contracts. Our average customer retention is strong because our product delivers results.

What We're Looking For

  • Fearless cold caller – You embrace rejection and see it as part of the process
  • Self-motivated – No hand-holding required; you drive your own activity
  • Basic sales skills – Ability to qualify and set appointments
  • Reliable communicator – Follow up consistently and meet commitments
  • Math skills – Understand your earning potential and track your commissions

What Makes This Different

No upfront costs. You never pay us anything.
Immediate pay. Commissions are paid the same day or the next business day.
Proven economics. We know the math works—that's why we're hiring.
Training provided. We'll equip you with scripts, objection handling, and product knowledge.
Real product, real company. We're not a scheme. Our customers stay with us because we deliver value.

Not for You If:

  • You're uncomfortable with cold calling and rejection
  • You expect to make $10k in your first week
  • You need a guaranteed salary or benefits
