About the Organization

CRM Counseling Mental and Wellness Center is a forward-thinking community health clinic based in Eugene, Oregon. • A reliable computer with webcam and audio capabilities, along with a dependable internet connection.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, preference will be given to candidates with previous experience in telehealth counseling, particularly with adult clients. Familiarity with solution-focused therapy approaches will also be considered an asset.

Compensation and Benefits

We value our counselors and offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes:

  • A competitive salary within the range of USD 90,000 โ€“ 104,000 per year.
  • A sign-on bonus to welcome you to our team.
  • Flexible scheduling options that allow you to tailor your hours to fit your personal commitments.
  • Minimal paperwork requirements, as our administration team will handle most of the documentation for you.
  • Unlimited client referrals based on your specialties, helping you build a robust caseload quickly.
  • Personalized support to ease the process of providing mental health care and focusing on client interactions.
