You will collaborate with the Digital Marketing team and the Marketing Services team to manage and optimize digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic ad platforms, and more. Let's connect.RESPONSIBILITIESPaid Search and Paid Social Strategy & Execution:Understand client strategies and align them with digital marketing efforts to meet client goalsSetup and independently manage campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta AdsOwn a specific set of client's digital marketing campaigns across all paid channelsManage campaign spending to ensure advertising stays within budget and achieves the client's KPI goalsReview account performance and proactively make optimizations to ensure accounts are meeting KPIs and delivering against goalsTesting and Optimization:Create a cadence of consistent testing and optimizations across the digital user journey to ensure that all campaigns and digital channels perform at their bestOptimize and grow paid media campaigns through testing (A/B and multivariate) with ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, negative keywords, etc.Campaign Analysis & Reporting:Develop comprehensive monthly reporting with strong attention to detailAnalyze data against campaign and client KPIs and provide actionable insights for campaign improvementPresent monthly reporting and campaign strategy during monthly client callsServe as the digital marketing strategy expert for assigned set of clients, answering digital marketing questions, proactively offering recommendations, and engaging in strategy discussions on client callsTracking & Attribution:Setup Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager event tracking to ensure proper attribution across all website traffic and paid digital campaignsBuild tracking for new events and campaigns to properly quantify advertising effortsQUALIFICATIONSExperience / Skills:A minimum of 6 years experience within the digital marketing, with specific expertise in managing digital strategy across paid channelsSolid experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Business Suite/Ads Manager.
